The Quality Curmudgeon is actually Scott Paton. He was editor and publisher of Quality Digest magazine for more than 20 years. He is currently president of Paton Professional, a publishing and training organization dedicated to the needs of the quality and regulatory compliance professions.
He is also founding editor and publisher of The Auditor newsletter, a bimonthly publication for internal and external quality auditors.
